We encountered a few other service reps there that were very unhelpful and did not have the knowledge of the issue we brought our van in for but once Ken stepped into the picture he made us feel confident that he would have the issue corrected and he did. Ken went above and beyond and truly showed exceptional customer service from beginning to end. You need more agent like him. He truly stands out!
