My service rep was excellent. That said, I thoughtkkkjj I would get a new battery since it is under warranty. Just a few hours before I brought the car in, it would not start and I called the customer care road side service who came to my house. They checked it out and said the battery needed to be replaced. They actually tried to sell me a new battery on the spot. After they charged it, I drove immediately to Right Honda. Then you tell me the battery is perfectly fine. My wife and I are senior citizens. She uses a walker and will be in quite a dangerous situation if she drives alone some place and the car will not start.

Prices are crazy expensive for no reason. It’s Honda it’s supposed to be cheap. Secondly, your service members try too hard to push repairs that aren’t necessary - just adding to the stereotype that dealerships are out to get people.

I came in for A1267 service, I was informed service would cost 450 after discount . I received a notification after inspection report and the amount was around 440 . I approved assuming that is what I committed to , I did not receive any message or call that these were additional costs. When I came for pickup , I was surprised seeing a 912 usd bill . My car was perfectly fine and is under warranty. I’ve been service my 2 cars over 10 years with right Honda . I felt this was not what I expected from right Honda . Appreciate if something can be done about this .

Came in for a low tire that was still under warranty. After about an hour, I was told I have an oil leak and he wanted $200 to find the leak. Told him i was there for my tire. My car is parked in a garage every night to years and I have no oil anywhere. Then a sales guy comes straight to only me and starts hitting me up about buying a new car. After telling him no multiple times, he finally leaves the waiting area…not to talking to any of the other dozen customers waiting in the service area. After two and half hours I finally was able to get my car. When I got in it smelled like gasoline. I’ve been coming to Right Honda for service for years, this was the weirdest visit I’ve ever had. Very disappointed.
