While my concerns were acknowledged, he was dismissive. I asked to speak with a manager and never was approached by one.

I was told in the video that I needed to replace the tire. I went to a tire shop and was told the tire does not need to be replaced and the damage was cosmetic. If a tire shop doesn’t want to sell me a tire, but the dealership does, I’m not sure I can trust you guys. We also get way too many calls from the service department asking us to bring my cars in. I have 4 Hondas that I service at your shop. I’m annoyed with the tire issue and the constant outreach to get my car in the shop whether it needs it or not.
