Ken was great.
The check in process is horrible. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my 8:45 appointment but was not checked in until 8:54.

You always give me awesome service. The only glitch was that I bought new tires from you this visit. When I got my vehicle and got on the freeway the TPMS light came on. I exited and checked the pressures and everything was okay. The tech probably forgot to calibrate it. When I got home (39 miles later) I did the calibration and everything it good.

I dropped off my car for an oil change at 12:00 PM, and by 4:00 PM I had not received any update on when it would be ready. I also had difficulty reaching a representative for information.
This was inconvenient, as I needed to pick up my daughter from daycare by 5:30 PM. Better communication would have been appreciated.
