Bill has been my only service advisor for multiple vehicles for over 20 years. He is absolutely the best service advisor at the dealership and I have complete trust in everything he tells me about my vehicle.

Difficult to get feedback from Kelsey. Had to make multiple calls in order to get updates. I had recently paid to get my car washed and it was returned to me with bird droppings all over it. I have been a Right Honda customer for 12 years. This is my third CR- V. I have never had service this bad before.

Oil service was fine but quoting me $190 to install a $10 rear wiper blade that takes less than 3 minutes to install is asinine. I understand that dealership need to make money but $180 for 3 minutes of labor is absolute robbery..
