On Friday, I took my CRV for oil change and routine maintenance. I left my vehicle with the service department for about 2 hours. I didn’t get a call saying the job was done so I returned in case I missed a call or message. I returned and the service rep said they didn’t do any oil change or routine maintenance…. He thought I took it in just to get a blemish on my driver mirror checked out…. There was an extreme lack of communication and I had to wait another 3 hours for all that work to be done on top of the 2 hours I already waited for absolutely nothing to be done on my vehicle. I don’t live near the dealership so it was an absolute waste of my time.
