Last weekend, I brought in my vehicle to get a sound I had been hearing looked at. I was told the part needed to fix it was out of stock, but would arrive mid week and we could have it installed this weekend. When I arrived this weekend, the representative asked me why I was bringing my vehicle in. The reason why I was bringing my car in should have been recorded and it immediately set my initial impression that they were not going to be able to fix my car as planned. When I asked if the part had arrived , he said he wasn’t sure and wouldn’t know until they had the vehicle back there. I had planned to wait (and I did for about a hour) but someone was able to pick me up for little while during the appointment. I texted the number that I was sent that said I could use it to communicate with my rep during the appointment- I never got a response. So on my way out, I asked him how much longer he would need my vehicle (so I had an idea of when to come back). He replied (following a silent blank stare), “Well, we had planned on needing your vehicle for quite a while today”. This type of statement suggests an all-day affair so I asked, “Quite some time? That sounds like all day and I should have been told that upon drop off. Can you tell me how long in hours?” To which he replied, “well 2-3 hours.. I’m not sure when you got here”. I was actually expecting 2-3 hours initially so representatives owe it to themselves and their customer to use clear language to promote confidence in their work and limit customer uncertainty. When I arrived back, he replied “you have great timing - your car is done, I was just about to call you”. Please note that this same comment was made last week when I had to take the initiative to see if my vehicle was done. I assure you, I am not that lucky. If someone is that busy, they should ask one of the other various reps scrolling on their phone and not doing anything to send a text to the customer that their car is done. In the past this has been an issue when my husband brought in his vehicle. He stayed to wait for the vehicle and after four hours he asked what the status was. They replied it has been done for over an hour yet no one came to get him from the waiting area and they did not verify his number upon check in so they had called an old number. We buy Honda because it is a reliable brand. We expect the establishment that services them to reliable as well.

Steven has us in and out. Explained everything that was needed with the car but did some research and found it was already completed when we purchased it from Gary Kravitz. I appreciate Mr. Yazzie’s thoroughness and making sure my car was primed for us to have this baby soon. Definitely gonna be our go to guy for our vehicle maintenance
