I brought my car in for an express oil change. I had to wait in the car for Brian the service staff for over 15 minutes with the car off, but he never showed up so another service staff noticed and took his spot during the inspection by the tech they noticed that the sunroof which was operable when I came in, was not working properly and wanted to charge me $200 to fix said Sunroof, which would not close. in discussing this matter with Brian who had the no give a **** attitude and only wanted me to pay the $200 to fix said sunroof which was operable when I brought it in and after a heated exchange of words in the parking lot and trying to close the sunroof, he proceeded to walk off and only to find out later that the sunroof would’ve been open completely and then closed it would work properly so it is concerning that your certified Honda TEC would’ve known of such how to resolve it, which i resolved.
In closing, i guess since the pandemic our society has got so use to **** customer service, which brian provided.

I broils my vehicle in due to a low tire pressure warning. A thorough check of the vehicle resulted in proposal for work I was not prepared to move forward with at that time. I was assured there were no leaks in the tires. Steve understood my hesitancy to have said work completed and brought my vehicle around. He was professional.
