I had made an appointment weeks ago for 8am for an oil change and tire rotation on my new Honda Passport but upon checking in today at 7:50am I was told it may be a 2 hour wait because there had been several walk-ins arrive before me. I commented that I thought the point of making an appointment weeks in advance was to ensure I would have priority over walk-ins, and have a quicker service, but was met essentially with a shrug. Fortunately my service was in fact done in just under 2 hours, but that is still not great for an oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment. I could go to anValvoline shop and be done in 15 minutes and pay less. I had planned to service my new Honda at this dealer because I bought it here and spent about 55k. I assumed that would come with quality service, or at least service that would make a minimal effort to honor an appointment time over walk-ins. I also chose this dealer location despite that the one on Bell road in North Phoenix is closer to me because I liked the sales team I worked with at Right Honda, but today, I didn't feel like my 55k purchase was valued. My service advisor was otherwise a nice guy, threw in a 10%. coupon discount on the oil change, and I went ahead and paid to change the cabin and engine air filter too even though I could do those things myself. I'm paying for simple service for the convenience of not having to do it myself, and because I trust the dealer techs to service my new Honda better as more important repairs become needed in the future. Again, my service rep was otherwise friendly, I assume the inability to more closely honor appointment times is a department issue, not his own choice.

Bill did not appear as though my issue was legitimate and did not seem interested in providing great service. Bare minimum is how I would describe it. I also had to call him twice about the status of the car only following which he told me no repairs were needed. I would have appreciated him being a bit more client centric and proactive as far as communications are concerned.

Very very overpriced I will now start getting oil change somewhere else, but that was in my biggest disappointment. My biggest disappointment was regarding armor, one pain protection that was the biggest perk you guys had, however, knowing that you guys got rid of it or no longer providing that service, I will no longer come again $270 for air filters and an oil change is crazy
