After my recent service visit, I noticed oil or grease residue left on my steering wheel and push start button. I recommend that maintenance technicians use gloves while working on vehicles and remove them before entering the interior to help prevent this.
Additionally, a more welcoming and positive attitude from the service advisor would improve the overall customer experience.

After recieving a text with links to what they were suggesting to do for my car, I immediately reached out to ask a clarifying question as the paperwork was confusing about what would be paid under my warranty. I had zero responses for over 2 and a half hours even though I sent 4 different texts and left two voice mail. That is really poor customer service and when I tried to talk to Micah about it, I do not feel he responded appropriately. He said he was busy with other customers. But in 2.5 hours, I am sure he could have found the time to at least send a text. All I got was silence and lack of concern when he finally called me back after I reached out to customer service. It was a frustrating experience and very dissapointing. To ignore texts and voice mails for that long when the client's car is in the shop and under your care is not acceptable.
