I find Alan completely trustworthy and honest about my cars service needs. He is also very timely in his responses for my requests for appointments and accommodates my schedule. I feel I receive excellent service when dealing with Alan for my car care.

The service person helping me tried to charge me an additional $100 after the service was completed, when we had agreed on a lower price. If it weren’t for me having to fight with him over the phone to lower the price to the price we agreed on, I would have been charged more than I should have. I can only wonder how many other customers he’s done this to who didn’t speak up about it. Additionally, the problem I was looking to diagnose and fix was not fixed nor was the issue diagnosed despite being told the service department would “find the issue with the car” and that the technicians at Honda are trained for this. I still shelled out $650 just for my car to still not work just a few days later and I now have to bring my car to get diagnosed again. When my car was “diagnosed” the person on the phone told me spending $650 on this service “might not fix it” and that they don’t know what’s wrong with it. Instead of leaving satisfied with my experience, I left feeling very disappointed and feeling even more confused than when I initially brought my car in. Not only was my car not fixed, and I still have no idea what could possibly be wrong with my car, I had to bargain and argue with a service representative to get the fair price that we both agreed on.

I had a 9 am appt. When I pulled in I was told it would be an hour. It took an hour and 45 min. I was given no updates unless I asked for one. What is the point of an appt if you’re there for almost 2 hours? Especially when the appt is just for an oil change.

Bill is always wonderful. He communicates well. Takes good care of his customers.

Experience was fine, I went for an oil change and got it! Just didn’t expect for it to take around 4 hours, but everyone was nice. :)
