Don’t like the new system for work order, video of my car is not needed. I asked for tires to be filled at certain PSI and they weren’t touched. Instead given a list of unnecessary repairs totaling almost as much as car’s value. Not the personable service as in the past, it shouldn’t take 10 minutes on the phone circling around because of Ai to get a hold my service advisor. After having a Honda for 20 years won’t be buying another one since your dealer isn’t prioritizing customer service.
