The service was fine. Jeremy was great and good about updating me as to the status of my oil change as I waited thru the queue. I was a bit disappointed that even though I’d made an appointment I had no priority in the queue. I was just put in line behind everyone waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. Then what is the value of an appointment? So, I sat. However, Jeremy was quite accurate about finishing things, once I was in with a tech. He was grand.

Today I brought my second car in for an oil change. I’m sure you will remember my name from the day before when I wrote that awful scathing review. It was out of line and uncalled for and not completely accurate. I wish I could take it back, but I can’t so I will at least try to clarify my mistakes. Apparently I was just very angry about the possibility of the catalytic converter not having fixed itself so I took it out on everybody around me, and I apologize profusely to Alan, the concierges, the mechanics who I lashed out at when they did nothing wrong. They’ve been nothing but completely respectful, courteous, and professional to me every time I come. Alan is the greatest professional, nice smart trustworthy. I can’t say enough good things about him. Thank you, Alan for taking care of me in Bill’s absence and putting up with me. I hope you can forgive me for my stupid review of the day before. You’re the best. Right Honda in Scottsdale is top-of-the-line.
