Terrible customer service. 24 hours for an answer and 3 days before I had the vehicle back. No one available via phone except bots.
No one answers the phone, all communication via text. When trying to pay for service and set up an after hours pickup it was like a ghost town after 4 and we couldn’t get our car until the next day.
No need to contact me, we will not be back.

My K5 now has three scratches on the vehicle and it has none when I brought it in. This will need to be corrected by Kia as it is unacceptable. We are very particular about our vehicle and maintain it as such.

Chris was exceptional to work with. I had questions about what I needed to have done maintenance wise and Chris helped explain everything so I understood the best option for my vehicle and I needed more work done than what I had intended. I also appreciated he was clear and upfront about wait time. I went in for an oil change and was able to get my vehicle completely serviced for the 60,000 maintenance. He gave me timely updates for pickup too. Overall, I was very impressed with his customer service and knowledge of the service department.
