No issues with oil change and tire rotation. Service team was nice. Issue is had rear door repainted and there are still paint bubbles. Also car was so dirty that when I picked it up i could not even review the paint work. I took home and washed it, that's when I noticed the paint issues. Hi, I wasn't told that you guys were going to need to keep it 2 days. When I dropped it off the night before was thinking it would be done that day so I had to rearrange things for the next day and nobody had called to let me know that. Also, there is still a vibration up by the front right axle, it's definitely better so work was done but needing somebody to take a look at it to see what else is going on. Other than that the experience was good. Thanks

I had a 1:15 appointment for an oil change, I did not schedule a drop off. I didn’t leave the dealership with my vehicle until nearly 7pm. Luckily my boyfriend was in the area and he came to get me to do some errands however due to the lack of communication from the dealership upon taking possession of my car I had no idea my car was being taken for a random amount of time. I had 5:30 dinner reservations with friends that I missed because I had no idea a 1:15 oil change would conflict with dinner plans over 4 hours later. When I arrived back at the dealership I was told my car would be an additional 15 minutes which was already pretty unacceptable since my car had been there for about 5 hours at that point but it was much closer to an additional hour that I had to sit and wait. In my opinion this is completely unreasonable and I was incredibly upset. Once my next two pre paid oil changes are complete I will never be returning to this service department.
