I appreciate the dealership performing the alignment as a goodwill gesture. However, I am still dissatisfied with the overall outcome. The primary concern that brought me in was the excessive tire noise, and that issue remains unchanged after the alignment was completed.
While I understand the alignment may have addressed one aspect of the concern, the tires continue to produce a significant amount of road noise, which impacts the driving experience. Given that this issue developed at relatively low mileage and despite following the recommended tire rotation schedule, I was hoping for a resolution that addressed the root cause rather than only part of the problem.
