There were no issues. Everything was great, except my prepaid maintenance plan expired. It was tough paying $150+ for an oil change.

I’m disappointed that I made an appointment and when I arrived the parts were not in stock. I left my car for an additional several days waiting for the parts and they were still not in after the additional 3 days of waiting. I’ve taken my car back and I’m still waiting for those parts. If someone schedules an appointment to have recalls repaired, one would expect all parts needed for the recall appointment would be there at the time of the appointment.

An excellent job was performed on my air conditioning. It now blows very cold air in hot weather. Also all of my maintenance requests including rotating the tires and changing windshield wipers on my car were successfully met. Staff was helpful and polite. Received a ride home while you were working on my car and was returned to Kia when car was ready.

We paid over market for our telluride. The automobile was not vetted for safety when sold. Lied every step of the way about oil being changed brakes are at 3 percent that’s in the danger zone. Car was out of alignment. Horrible horrible. Use to buy all my cars from Kia. Not anymore. I will be taking my money elsewhere
