I was there over 2 hours. I waited entirely too long for a simple oil change plus on the. Report that I got at the end said that my tires were rotated. But yet I denied a tower tire rotation, a $109 is ridiculous for a oil change. Sincerely Julie M

Didn’t get any info until close to 2:00 and had to leave my vehicle overnight when I had dropped it off the night before for a 9:45 appointment. Seems like it is taking longer than it ever did before to get your vehicle looked at no matter what time your appointment is.

I feel more confident bringing my car in now, as opposed to when it was first purchased. The two main reasons are Tom Schlachet and Nicole Vien. The parts that each of them do is done very well, and I am kept informed, which is the most important thing.
I know a K900 is not a car seen on a regular basis, but I would never know it thanks to these two people. I know there are others who support as well, and they should be thanked too
