Great cuztomer service

When I pulled in, no one came out to greet me at the bay. I had to walk to the service desk even though I had a appointment.There were no paper mats on the car. I was not sent text message updates and I was never advised when my car was done. I had to keep going up to the desk and asking. I waited 3 hours and there were no other cars there. I was the only person in the lobby. You can’t say there were other cars ahead of me. When I left there was a car making very difficult to monover through the back of the building. You guys get a 0 out of 10. I buy my cars there too. I was very disappointed. I have always had good service. As a matter of fact, I didn’t get a text message that my car was done until 7 pm last night.

I had an appointment for my car at 9:30. I dropped my car off at 8:45. I hung around South County until 1:00 before I texted and called service to see what the status was of my vehicle. No answer. I then went to the dealership and was told my car had yet to be looked at and it would most likely be an additional 1-2 hoirs before it would be looked at because of lunch. I was also told that when you make an appointment your car may not be looked at for 24-48 hours. I had no choice but to take my car and leave. I asked about a rental car for the next time I brought my vehicle in but was told it would be $45/day. My car is under warranty and my horn not working is a critical safety feature. What's the point of an appointment it if coukd take up to 2 days for it to be seen? Who has spare vehicles at home just waiting to be used? I know I dont. I have had nothing but issues with this service department since day one. This is only ONE of the issues I have had.

My service here was exceptional today and I really enjoyed having the opportunity to have a shuttle to Grant’s Farm to spend the day with my boyfriend. The service manager Billy and really everybody here was super accommodating to every need we had. Can’t wait to continue to do business in the future!
