Overall it was a great experience. Everything is great. Took care of the engine just like ya said, and a few other issues. I would definitely buy another Kia just for the warranty alone and the great customer service

The wait time was extremely long (2.5 hours) also my power seat in my car quit working this morning and was told they didn’t have time to look at it. I get I didn't have an appointment for my seat but did for my oil change, but not being able to move the seat in a car I bought brand new is a big inconvenience as my husband and I are quite different in height. The service people were nice and helpful it was just crazy to spend almost an entire day for an oil change as I live an hour away and don’t have anyone to drop off my vehicle with me. I bought my last new Kia at Lou fusz Kia and never had wait times like at your dealership.

I am very disappointed in this experience. I have had my Kia for 4 years and regularly used this device dept. They have always been communicative, quick and thorough. My vehicle began experiencing some problems on 9/28 and the check engine light came on. I brought it to the service dept and left it on Sunday evening. On Monday, I did not receive any communication until 2:00pm and was told at that time since I didn’t have an appointment, it would have to be worked in for diagnostics. I explained I understood and that I didn’t have an appointment since this was an emergent concern, not routine maintenance. I was told on Monday I would hear back by Wednesday. On Thursday I still had not heard anything back and attempted to contact the service department via text and phone call. Mid-morning, I was informed that no update was available and I should hear something by Friday. At that time, I chose to come pick up the vehicle and take it elsewhere. The service rep was very unprofessional and this delay in service , or at least communication did not provide trust in bringing my vehicle there any longer.

My only interaction was with the front desk staff and they were very friendly and helpful. Also loved having a place to work while I waited.
My only suggestion would be to change the signage out front. It said stay in your car and someone will be out to meet you soon and after sitting for a few moments it became clear that wasn’t the policy as multiple people were inside and had seen me. I’m not upset or anything but just a note to help clear up confusion on process for new comers like I was!

First of all, it took forty five minutes.Just to drop my car off and pick up a car.Rental. Then, nobody personally contacted me when my car was ready.And I just received a text message which told me nothing about my car.It didn't even say anything about the problem.I came in to have fixed. Plus it's stated that I was going to have to pay two hundred dollars for a service.I didn't ask for. I also called several times to speak somebody in the service department.And the automated phone service sent me to the service department.And nobody picked up, I left a name and a phone number.And nobody called me back.I still don't know what is wrong or what happened to my car.

A technician left oil stains on the cloth passenger seat. They tried to clean it but there is still a spot in the seat. Also, very little vacuuming happened in the front area of the car. I will say my customer service rep was very nice.

My vehicle went in for overheating and I asked why they had it. I think you could give me an oil change when they called me. All they had done was the oil change and didn’t know anything about the car being overheating so now they’re keeping it longer.

I felt treated like a criminal from day 1. They had to get a deposit from me "in case I abandoned my car" with them. This felt very accusatory. During the 3 weeks plus my car was there they were almost impossible to get ahold of on the phone and they frequently wouldn't reply to my voicemamils. I said to not do any work on my car until I approved it and they still tried to charge me for work they did even after I made it obvious I was going to sell the car. Would not recommend ever coming to your shop.

I was totally pleased with the assistance I received from both Semir and the service manager, Billy. For some reason, I was not able to view the video from the tech. Semir was at lunch so I spoke with Billy first and he very carefully explained everything to me. As I was leaving Semir returned and helped. He also played the video from the tech for me. I am completely pleased with the help I got from both of them.
