Two hours for a wait oil change and tire rotation is to long this was not the advisor fault. He had told me it may be 1.5 hr which I still think is excessive but when it went to two hours that is not acceptable for that service when a wait appointment was made. hris was very kind and attentive when checking me in! Even checked to make sure I got my tire rotation for free since I purchased tires from you guys. John went above and beyond to clean my car! I met with Cindy while i was in line to check out and she was really nice. Cool to see women in leadership positions in a male driven industry!! As a customer I hope you value Cindy and truly know the asset she is to Suntrup.

I arrived at 7:45am for my 8:00 appointment and wasn't met by a service person until 8:30am. After finding out who I was,and what service I was there for, I was then asked if I was dropping my car off or waiting for it??? This was definitely covered when I originally scheduled the appt. No surprise that I then waited 90 ridiculous minutes for an oil change/tire rotation. Not happy.

Grace was amazing!! However, the guy who was taking the vehicles back for the service was not very friendly. His attitude was very sharp. Not just to me but to another person. I will elaborate more when you call me. Grace made sure that I was heard about the concern of my time constraint.

Thought it was messed up how I was recommended a cabin air filter and engine air filter replacement for around 500 dollars total. Air filters aren’t more than 30 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be back even if my oil changes are free. I’ll spend my money with a company that doesn’t try to take advantage of people. Disgusting. I’ve bought two cars from you guys never again.

The part was fixed, the oil was changed. Everything else leading up to and during the service was a pretty horrible experience. Communication between departments is practically non existent. If I didn't have to come back for future services, I wouldn't. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of service that Suntrup as a whole has provided.

Everything was terrible. From trying to schedule the service, to the lack of communication regarding our diagnosis. Nobody wanted to call us, and we couldn’t directly call anyone. I know it wasn’t always this way as we have had our car serviced here before, but the new system was enough to make us lose trust in your company. We have decided to get our service elsewhere and will not be coming back in the future.
