When I drove up to the service bay, I was greeted with a smile. Chris came out got me all signed in. Everything was taken care of. Everyone was nice and friendly. And I received a car that was freshly washed and vacuumed and that is as much appreciated as the Service received.

I’ve been to Suntrup Kia South the past 3 oil changes and 2 appointments for fuel injector. I’ve specifically asked for the windshield wiper to be filled, after the service tech says they always top off all fluids including windshield wiper fluid, yet immediately after getting my car there is still none even though it should be an included service as communicated. Makes me question if the techs are even topping off the more essential fluids too.

I made an appt to get a recall schedule at 9:30am. They told me to leave my car there and pick up at 4. Why would I have to leave my car there when I have an appt? I had to find a ride home since I cant wait there for 6 hrs. I got a text tell me to pick up my car at 4:30pm, and they have to order the part for the recall. Kia hold my car for 6 hrs just to tell me they dont has the part for it. I came in with a recall letter and you can't tell me that at the beginning!!! This is the worst customer experience I've ever encounter any where!!! I hope I don't have to wait another 6hrs to get my car fix when the part is available. I read your kia service department is really bad, and I finally experience it.

A simple diagnostic and piece replacement tool from 715am Monday morning until noon on Thursday, and that is only because I called to push them to look at my car after almost 2 days of no action and then told them I had to have it no later than noon on Thursday. Horrible customer service, I would never recommend anyone bring their car here.
