I had an appointment for an oil change and wiper blade replacement on October 6th at 1:15, that I scheduled on September 29th. I dropped the vehicle off at 8 am, expecting to hear from the service department sometime that afternoon that the work was completed. I still had not received an update at 5 pm, therefore I called to check the status. I received voicemail for the service advisor and the manager, leaving messages for both. I received a call back at 6:45 pm that the vehicle had just been finished and could be picked up the next day, since it was after hours. Why schedule an appointment if that time is not kept? And the appointment was scheduled an entire week earlier. A oil change and wiper blade replacement should not take four hours from the appt time to be completed. Needless to say, this was a very frustrating experience and the second time this has happened, with no communication.

You had the car for over two weeks. There was never any real communication with what the problem was. I’m still not sure what took so long even after picking up the car. Anytime there was any update. It was after I called and left multiple messages to try to find out what was going on. When I got my car back, it wasn’t even clean. It was very, very dusty and dirty like it had been sitting out in the lot for two weeks. I had to immediately take it to a car wash myself after I picked it up.

Overall it was a great experience. Everything is great. Took care of the engine just like ya said, and a few other issues. I would definitely buy another Kia just for the warranty alone and the great customer service

The wait time was extremely long (2.5 hours) also my power seat in my car quit working this morning and was told they didn’t have time to look at it. I get I didn't have an appointment for my seat but did for my oil change, but not being able to move the seat in a car I bought brand new is a big inconvenience as my husband and I are quite different in height. The service people were nice and helpful it was just crazy to spend almost an entire day for an oil change as I live an hour away and don’t have anyone to drop off my vehicle with me. I bought my last new Kia at Lou fusz Kia and never had wait times like at your dealership.

I am very disappointed in this experience. I have had my Kia for 4 years and regularly used this device dept. They have always been communicative, quick and thorough. My vehicle began experiencing some problems on 9/28 and the check engine light came on. I brought it to the service dept and left it on Sunday evening. On Monday, I did not receive any communication until 2:00pm and was told at that time since I didn’t have an appointment, it would have to be worked in for diagnostics. I explained I understood and that I didn’t have an appointment since this was an emergent concern, not routine maintenance. I was told on Monday I would hear back by Wednesday. On Thursday I still had not heard anything back and attempted to contact the service department via text and phone call. Mid-morning, I was informed that no update was available and I should hear something by Friday. At that time, I chose to come pick up the vehicle and take it elsewhere. The service rep was very unprofessional and this delay in service , or at least communication did not provide trust in bringing my vehicle there any longer.
