I have never encountered such a company that does not communicate with their customers. I don’t know what is going on up there but something needs to change. We have “advisors” to speak to about our cars yet it’s IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone in a timely manner. I would go days without hearing a single word. Beyond disgusting, deplorable, and downright horrible in the way the service department works with consumers.

I called to schedule my appointment and talked with an automated system to schedule. When I got to the service department they had no record of my appointment. Luckily I had the confirmation text that was sent to me. I ended up waiting two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We just moved here a month ago and this was my first visit to Suntrup for service. This was not a good first impression.

My multi-point inspection paperwork stated that my washer fluid level was checked; however, my low washer fluid warning came on the next day. My tires were also not filled up and there is a low tire pressure light three days after my oil change and tire rotation appointment.

After receiving my car back from the motor being replaced, my air conditioner doesn't work. I am being told there is no loaner for me and the car needs to be dropped off for them to "fix" it. I spent over $1,200 on Uber with this motor mess and I do not have the money to continue. This is on the dealership not me. I would like someone to reach out please.
