We were on time for 730 appointment,but not started til 830. Also waiting too long an no refreshments. Told not to wash car we had just washed 2 days before. They did wash car an now this is the second time done an never dryed off.so now water spots. Very disappointed

Communication needs to be improved.I was notified that my vehicle was finished and responded that I needed a shuttle to pick me up. I didn't get a response so I sent another text an hour later. Still no response so I tried calling a half hour later and had to leave a voice-mail. I finally got a text that someone would be picking me up. Communication has always been an issue.

Made a return trip to hopefully resolve the issue with not being able to get my emissions test done. (Turns out it’s the Troop C readers that are not compatible with 2026 Honda Hybrids). Grace was very kind and took the time to explain what all Suntrup did to try and resolve the issue and even suggested I go to Honda hoping that might help. Watched the tech change the oil and perform the multi point inspection.
After he completed the work the car was not touched for about 25 minutes. Only until I went to the service counter and told them the situation was the car brought to the front.
Did not understand why the tech didn’t notify the service desk when he completed the work. My time is valuable too.
