Poor communication for the first 2 weeks. I stopped by in person on a Saturday and was told someone would call me on Monday. Called back on Thursday and talked with Justin who fed me a line of crap, then ghosted me for another 10 days…only to find out he had been fired. Chad finally was able to help me, but I had called and left 3 messages for others, before Chad, which were never returned.

The service was fine but I was told that I needed 4 new tires and my car only has 29k miles. And one of those tires you guys replaced less than a year ago (probably less than 6k miles on it). Also, I received a text asking about the service and I explained that since taking my car back from your service, It now noticibly pulls to the left and was told that it was probably just due to the tire rotation...that was it. And then I was sent this survey a couple hours later.
