Communication from Chad was almost non existent. I called once Thursday, and then received a text outlining the work that needed to be done on the car. I called 5 times Friday to see when my car would be ready, only received a text around 5:55PM, telling me my car wouldn't be ready till early Monday morning. I called Monday around 11:30, and left another message trying to find out when my car would be done. 2 hours later I received a text that you were starting to work on my car, and then around 3, I received a text that my car was ready.

I was given and estimate cost of $20 even though my tires were covered under the Kia warranty. When I arrived I was surprised to get a bill for $159 left by Semir. When I asked for a correction Semir was home was the team on site corrected his error. I wouldn’t have mentioned anything except this is the second service appointment I’ve had with Semir including mistakes and miscommunication. The rest of the Suntrup team has been wonderful to work with.

The lady checking me in was very nice. Two weeks prior to my appointment, I had called stating my horn, was broken on my kia Sole. I still had a thousand miles left on my car, but the horn needed to be fixed. One and a half hours later they had changed the oil in the car, but didn't have the part for the horn. Once again, I stated, I would be traveling over thanksgiving.
Across state. They then decided to order the part for the horn and wanted to reschedule me. I do not live down the street. I am an hour and a half away from the dealership . Who pays for that gas?And my inconvenience and time, not to mention the safety of not having the horn that I had pre ordered two weeks prior. Reminds me of the old saying one hand does not wash the other!

I was very disappointed with my service experience. My advisor was rude and even asked me if I wanted my keys to go somewhere else after the dealership made a mistake on my vehicle. My tire was replaced, but somehow the same bad tire was put back on the opposite side of the car.
I also asked Chad to make sure all my fluids were topped off and that my oil light was reset. When I returned to my car, the oil light was still on — which shows the request wasn’t taken seriously.
This was frustrating and unprofessional, and it makes it hard to trust the service I received. I’m hoping management reviews this situation so other customers don’t have the same experience.

Today was the 3rd time I have been in your dealership and in my previous two visits I have been less than pleased. Today was the first time that I received the multi point inspection report, heard about the car wash program and kept in the loop on the status of my truck. Grace did a great job helping me and by far have the best service that I have received in my three visits. The cashier was also very friendly and customer focused. She was a constant in my 3 visits.
