You did a diagnosis on the car, sent recommendations and I approved what I wanted done. A text was sent that it would be completed the next day. The next day I called around 11 am and left a message. Then called multiple times after that and left another message. I drove 1 hour & 15 minutes to find out that my car had not be touched. I told them I just want my car back and we took the car home and completed service myself since you could not communicate with me.

It took 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change and I have to bring my truck there to keep my warranty and it has been this way or worse every single time I’ve had to bring my truck there. I spoke with Billy last time and he told me to contact him with any problems. I’ll try to get in touch with him a couple days ago had no success on that so I’m not sure what the solution is, but there has to be a better way cause I schedule my oil appointments around my life. I can’t drive an hour to your shop to get there and it’s not done every time when I give you guys plenty of time after my appointment to get done.

Service has gotten really sloppy car set for a week no called had to call to get my care then after I pick it up driving home I get a message car is ready also I got a oil change but no mileage sticker in the window, when you walk in no one speaks @ every one just looks @ you.

Semir was very helpful. But whoever was responsible for bringing my car to me after it was serviced is incompetent. I had to wait 25 minutes because he couldn’t figure out how to start the car (sort of understandable because it’s an old Volvo. But when I got home, I noticed that the hood wasn’t fully closed. I opened it and saw that the battery cover hadn’t been put back on, preventing the hood from completely closing. Not a major thing but indicative of the shoddy service I’ve had before from Kia.

It shouldnt take 3 months to fix a vehicle. It cost me lots of time and money not having my truck and using a small rental instead. Yes my warranty covered all of this but hopefully you guys can do a better job to ensure this doesn't take so long for the next person.

The service technician was great. Treated well as always and didn’t have to wait long. The problem is scheduling on the app. It is not user friendly and my 36 month service plan does not reflect in the app. You have multiple interfaces to schedule, and it makes it more confusing. After I scheduled over the phone I was still getting reminders to schedule my service. The app needs improvement. Suntrup Kia has been great though.
