Came in for tire rotation and oil change, sat for 2.5 hours, got in car and started driving. Loud noises and shaking steering wheel, had to come back to store due to car being unsafe to drive. Dustin was able to fix problem of incorrectly tightened lug nuts and loose wheels. Dustin did great. Original tech let me drive my car off the lot with incorrectly installed wheels.

$141 for an oil change is ridiculous. To be told I require 7 qts of oil when my car physically only takes 6.1 is a scam. Also to be told I need over $1400 in work when I've had the vehicle 5 months is another lie & scam. But thank you so much for forcing me to get my oil change there or saying my warranty will be void, taking over 3 hours to do it and then charging me an ungodly amount. I truly enjoyed it, but I would not recommend anyone to your dealership. :)

Service took almost 2.5 hours. Estimate stated 1.5 hours (which should be the case).
I was also charged $65 for a very small chip in my windshield. I do not think that is a fair price considering the size of the blemish.
