Had to wait 3 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment. Went up to the desk to see how much longer it was going to be and the lady pull my file up and said it was ready. Did not get notified or called out saying it was ready. Someone dropped the ball on this one and needs to be talked to. I was late picking up my wife because of your shop and was sitting there for 3 hours.

I can't talk about the rrpair. The last two times I have came in for service, I had problems with air iny tires. I noticed the dash light on for a low tire. Was never on before I came. One tire had the right air. 3 a bit low, and one 8 lbs low. I waoted there for 5 hrs. They were cool by temperature.
