Robyn Jenson was Awesome, great customer-service, made sure I was taken care of and informed me on everything. Cindy the Assistant Manager was Awesome, asked me what I was having done on my Sportage, made sure I was taken care of and great customer service. I appreciate what Chris did and the overall outcome of the service. However communication through the day was a fail.
The car was there at 8am (dropped off before 5pm the night before with Chris) I received no communication till 11:30am a phone call. Then again Nothing till he phoned back at 4:23pm. 30 minutes before closing. Prior to this I have no idea if they are keeping the car overnight and working on it the next day. I had started calling, texting and emailing at 2pm nothing.
Communicating with the customer HAS to be better or I am not coming back.

Chad and the service guys did great. No complaints. The rest of the crew from sales to finance continued their string of mistakes, failed memories, and half truths. My painful sales experience resulted in one consolation prize - 3 years of routine maintenance. Then I show up for my first appointment and nobody has any record of it.
