We scheduled to has our vehicles oil change, tire rotation, and windows tinted. We dropped it off at 11am and was contacted a little after 5pm that it was finished. I spoke with our salesman man at 3pm and he advised the tint guy was going to pick it up for tint at 330 and service will contact us when complete. I followed up with our salesman when we picked the vehicle up and found the windows were not done even after being there the entire day and he said he would find out why and get back to me. I am still yet to hear back from him. This is the first vehicle I have purchased from your dealership and I purchased the oil Change package. Im very disappointed in the service and follow up this far. Salemen sell the first vehicle and service sells the follow vehicles and this is not going to sell future cars. In short the failed service completion, lack of follow up, and extended timeline for only completing an oil change is very disappointing. I would like to hear back from the owner of the dealership.

I dropped off my car at 7:30am, I was the first person there. All I needed was a tire repair because there was a piece missing from the side, not enough to cause the air to release, but since the weather is cold I figured it would be best to reinforce the tire with glue, I even said that I would be fine if it was too much damage and needed to be replaced. I got a call at 4pm, almost 9 hours later, with them saying they wanted to keep it over night because they didn’t see any air leaking out, and wanted to see what it does overnight. I then said the tire has been like this for a week, there is no air leaking out, I just wanted to reinforce the tire because of the weather, and then they disregarded what I said and told me they wanted to replace 3 tires because I have a new tire (from like 5 months ago) and the traction will be off and could mess my car up, but they would have more information for me tomorrow. Except I know it is very common to buy tires in pairs, so if that was really a concern why didn’t you just replace the messes up tire and then rotate them so that the new ones are in the back and the older ones are in the front? and why did you wait the entire day to do anything and then try to scam me into buying 3 new tires when I only needed one? Then I told him I cannot leave it over night because I have to work, so then he told me that I will still have to pay 30$ for them to literally do NOTHING to my car, because I am paying for the mechanic’s “time”. Last time I checked Kia pays the mechanics, not the customer. I am extremely disappointed because I was hopeful I had found a place that didn’t scam their customers, but I was wrong.

Could not reach my Advisor Grace to inquire about my car, I left two messages for her and one message for the service manager and no one returned my calls. And I was unable to speak to a live person to get someone to help. They were all recorded voices. So it was impossible to reach the service department via a live person. Which is just stupid.
We have purchased three Kias from your dealership, but we will not do so again.
Today was the worst service call ever.

Services were added on to my vehicle that I never asked for or approved. The service advisor did waive them so that took care of the issue. I was told my car was washed and vacuumed and it is so filthy. When I picked up my vehicle I now have a very tiny crack in the windshield that I did not notice before that I now have to take care of. Every time I bring my vehicle to get serviced I have always had an issue. If I did not have the maintenance package I would not bring my car back here.

On arrival I was told they don't have my appointment on their books even though I had all my confirmation texts, (it was made over the phone where I asked if they could fix my peaking oil in the same business day and I was ensured it could be done). They said they could still squeeze me in so I waited there. I then am notified that they see no pil leaking and that it should just stay over the weekend and the tech is leaving soon and won't be able to look at it anymore. I mentioned I cant leave it as I have children and a job I need to have my car for. It was also mentioned that they have no rentals available and don't know if they would even have the part available. When leaving with my car the report said the oil was cleaned up and driven for 15min and checked for leaking and saw no leak. But my car had the same mileage on it when leaving (not driven). Then leaving a few hours later with a headache and getting my car back, the person who drove it up left behind a strong Marijuana smell. My family have been suntrup people since I was a child as we have a higher up family friend who has always made sure we were taken care of at the Nissan suntrup. I switched to Kia and have had two bad experiences with the Kia service department that I will have the recalls done here and then probably have this the last resort location for service in the future.

I made a 7am appointment for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) and dropped my vehicle the night before. I was not aware taking this approach would involve my vehicle to not begin being serviced until 1:15pm. Had I known this ahead of time I would have taken a different approach. My service rep was responsive to my messages, though only guaranteeing that my vehicle would be done by 6pm. I appreciate them accommodating my need for a ride after I no longer had a way to pickup after the longer than expected wait.

When you come in for the first appointment of the day for a simple oil change, and it takes an hour and a half, I think that is a little excessive. We are talking about no more than 30 minutes of work. . David was great.
