Made the appointment for an oil change and to address an engine code. Made arrangements to drop off the night before. Next morning received a text message that they needed to do diagnostics for $399 since the car had not been since 2024. This should have been disclosed when the appointment was scheduled, not after we drove it 40 minutes from home. Picked up the car without service being done and will take to our local mechanic. Total bait and switch and should have been discussed when we made the appointment so we could have decided prior to making arrangements to bring the car 45 minutes from our home.

David was supposed to get back to me regarding the trim that has fallen off that was replaced by Kia’s Service. He also said that if it’s not under recall then he would price it and speak with his management but if anything I would need to contact the management to have it replaced. I just feel that the work was done by this service and instead of working for the customer, it’s left to the customer to contact other management.

I have never received any kind of satisfaction from your service department. Most of your service department are seem rude and act like you are bothering them. I have been misled and lied to about most of the service staff.. I have purchased 6 cars from you and have watched your service department go from helpful and courteous to outright hostile.. I promise you that I will never purchase anything from your company again!!

The staff was great. The only thing that wasn’t great was the lady who scheduled didn’t let me know this would need to be done in two appointments since it was a recall and they had to order a part. I live 45 mins away so that part was difficult with scheduling and not knowing I would have to come back in 2 days.

She was very helpful and communicated the entire time that she was assigned to my vehicle. I never really had to wonder if she would respond back whenever I would check on updates because she always responded back to me. It was a long process but she kept me updated very often.
