My Kia app still tells me my car has an outstanding recall issue. Is that true? Because I thought that was taken care of earlier today with my visit.

Rude mechanic and my car was not fixed. They charged $207 for diagnosis only. I don't recommend this location for anyone. They didnt fix the recall issue as well.

Grace was informative with her calls and kept me posted on updates. It was unfortunate that she had to deliver the unexpected news that it could take 24-48 hours for a technician to even look at my car, even though I had made an appointment (with the call center maybe)? I felt like she did her best with what she could do. I appreciated her.
