I was told the Lyft ride to my home yesterday would be paid for by KIA more than once when I asked.I just trusted that my bill today was accurate. I didn't examine it until I got home as I was desperate to get home before dark. My mistake. I WAS charged $42.92 for that Lyft ride. I only agreed to that ride because I was assured I was not paying for it, that it would be paid for by KIA. I know, my bad for trusting that your bill was correct. I expect to receive a check mailed to me for $42.92. AND, I expect a response to this issue. Chris has been great. I have no problem with him at all. I will request him again. Ruth Weddington

The dealership forged my signature and worked on my vehicle without my consent among months of other unapproved or hidden fees/work done to the vehicle, hidden information etc. it was horrendous and a genuinely honest display of the complete incompetence and snake like behavior that is suntrup kia I 100% despise this dealership I don't think I could have had a worse first car buying experience than the experience I had at this dealership I would trust the dollar store to sell me a better more reliable vehicle than this dealership or the kia brand all together do better.

The first problem is that your service advisors are impossible to get ahold of. Instead I get to talk to an AI chat bot who let's me know that my vehicle has not been seen yet and offers to take a message for my advisor. I couldn't talk to anyone in the service department about why my van had not even been seen after dropping it off at the appointed time. When I made the appointment last Thursday I asked for when my vehicle could be seen. I was told that the next available was Tuesday morning at 8:15. I expect that if I make an appointment that my vehicle is to be seen. Instead your service advisors told me that diagnostics will take 24 to 48 hours which is absolutely obsurd! When I was telling the advisor this, the service manager was walking right by and he said "well the service manager is right there if you want to talk to him about it". So I Indeed did and told him that 24 to 48 hours is completely unacceptable when I brought my vehicle in at an appointed time. I did not bring it in on a "fit me in" basis. Anyway I demanded that my van be given back. But before that someone else had come out of the service manager's office and I'm not sure if he was also management, a mechanic, or advisor, but he asked if there was some way that he could help. I said that I wanted my van back and he could not have been more tone deaf as he told me that I could leave the van there and they could "possibly" still get to it today. I told him that I've had enough of your horrible service department and I want my van back. So he finally tells my advisor to send for a porter to get my van. I got my van back and I will never be back to your dealership!
Your service department years ago used to be one of the best. It used to be so good that it's the only place I took both of my company vans and never even thought of going to a place like Dobbs. You used to have great and friendly advisors. You used to have more than acceptable turn around times. You can check my service history. I've watched your service department go way down hill as you lost or let go good employees, and made the service department unreachable by phone. You have let me know very loud and clear that you don't want my business.

Made an appointment for a recall. I was told I would have to leave car. Drop car off on schedule. Later I was told they didn’t have the parts. I should pick up car and make another appointment next week. Very inconvenient. I have to arrange fuses again and be without car again. Why schedule a recall if you don’t have the parts?

When I rec'd a call and text saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I was surprised we had to wait 20 min at pick up because it hadn't been washed yet. I eas notified it was ready a couple of hours before we came, so not sure why it couldn't have been done by the time we got there.

I have used your service several times and although Jud was friendly I didn’t not feel as if he was as efficient as others. When he called to let me know my car was ready, I asked if it would be ready to pick up by the time I got there (20-30 minutes)as it was during work hours which he assured me. When I arrived it was just going to get washed. When it was done he took me to the cashier to check out and after several attempts to get the invoice corrected (as I had a warranty which was not used when original invoice was completed). It was over an hour later when I finally left the dealer.
