I was not pleased with the night drop off process. When I dropped off the car Sunday night, 3/1, there were no envelopes in the box. I had to drive down to Suntrup Hyundai to get envelopes. I also am not impressed with the slot to drop the envelope with the car keys, as it is not secure. Anyone opening the box could easily get access to the envelopes and steal a car. At the Hyundai dealership they have a story in the entry door to the service area to drop the keys for security.

Well, I have to be honest Kayley saved the whole transaction in a way, super friendly, super helpful, which was very needed after Jud told my husband on the parking lot, but he didn’t give a **** about losing a sale if we bought another car there. But all in all my problem was not fixed because I’m being told my car is out of alignment which could’ve happened in manufacturing, but yet not covered by warranty So while Kayley did everything she could to help rectify the situation with jud my car is still not repaired

I came to get my car to find it not even put back together, wasting my time. On top of that, you pride yourselves on helping out loyal customers and I was treated like crap and left with a massive bill. My car was in the shop for 2 weeks and I had to do all the leg work talking to Kia then to the shop and at the end of it all nothing came of it!! Horrid experience!!

I felt very respected and like I mattered. I was thanked more than once for coming in. Then when they found a problem he broke news to me. Even before asked I was offered a service loaner. Car was ready 2 days later and everything was fixed. I will continue bring this vehicle to the dealer because I trust them.

I am 100% satisfied with the service provided, but the loaner car experience was lacking. I was first told I would be getting a Kia Seltos as a loaner vehicle, upon arrival I was given a Nissan Altima, then after I drove that for a few days and just couldnt do it anymore (I am 6'5 and basically had to crawl in and out of that car) I asked to be given a car more like my Kia EV9 in size, and was told I would be given a VW Atlas, upon arrival I was given a VW Tourage. While the Touareg was at least an SUV, it was still much smaller than my EV9, and not the Atlas I was told I was going to be getting(which btw is very close to the EV9 in size). So overall the service dept was a 10/10, but the loaner dept was a 3/10. Thanks
