Service appointment started off on wrong foot, as I waited almost 40 minutes at the service door and no one came over to see me and check me in. Finally I went up to Rachel and she took prompt care of me.
The actual service time was shorter than quoted which I appreciated.
Also she comped the service charge which was much appreciated.

David was extremely helpful. A technician had forgot to refasten the plastic under the car when replacing the horn, and it fell off while driving it home. We called and David made sure it was quickly repaired and ordered a replacement part for us.

After maintenance last friday, my car engine started sputtering on saturday. I brought the car in Monday morning and Lonnie got it in right away. It appears there may have been air in the fuel line.

My only piece of advice— your phone/appointment booking service doesn’t set great time expectations of your customer (in this example, me) so I felt like that put Mike in a poor position (that he handled very well).
Perhaps better training for your BPO or better reference materials could help them set better expectations with clients and make the job of th service managers a little more smooth.

David Hubble was amazing from the time I dropped off my car, he took the time to ask me what was my concerns about my car so that we were on the same page. He kept me updated and provided information so I could find a way to help with repair cost.He sets the bar high for what customers service should be. We never once felt like a number and $ sign. And the lady that works at the cashier window was also very sweet, she didn't have to stop and answer a question from my 4 year old granddaughter but she did. I will continue being a suntrup customer because of the way we are always treated. If it's possible give David a day off or treat him to a nice lunch.

I drive two hours for service here and have to take off work since service isnt offered on Saturday. It took nearly two hours for my service. I can get same service at other locations in a lot less time. Wish it could be done quicker
