Service department was very nice and helpful. Oil change appointment was difficult to schedule in a timely manor. My home is 30 minutes away and it’s not convenient for family and friends to pick me up for an oil change. Hope to navigate the future with Kia appointments with a little more ease. Staff was excellent!

The service advisor did a good job today and I appreciate that! I can’t say I am completely satisfied with my visit today because my check engine light is back on this evening. I brought the car in on December 15th due to the engine light being on and also for the oil level to be checked. The technician stated that the light was on due to the catalytic converter and he cleared the code. He stated it was due to the oil consumption. He stated that if the light comes back on then I will need a new one. I called a few weeks later and spoke to Grace and told her that the light came back on. She told me that it was safe to keep driving and that it might even go off. I said ok. I also left a few voicemails for Billy the service manager because I had some further questions. I never received a return phone call. The light went off on its own. I kept driving it until I reached the 1000 miles and brought it in today for the oil level to be checked. It checked out ok and they did a recall.
I am driving this evening and the check engine light comes on. My brother has a code scanner and it pulls code P0420 for the catalytic converter.
He did not clear the code and the engine light is still on. I am frustrated because now I will have to contact Kia again about this issue. This converter is bad due to the excessive oil consumption. I hate your phone system because talking to an actual person is not possible. I am sorry to complain but I am a little frustrated. I will be contacting Kia tomorrow.

I dropped off a vehicle for an oil change at 9:30am. 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I then received a text stating my vehicle was checked in. Then I hear absolutely nothing back till I checked in at 1:37pm. I received NO response. Then I called only to get a voice-mail system. My call was returned and I was told my vehicle was next to be worked on. I let them know I would need a ride back to the shop when my car was almost completed. I heard nothing at all so I text asking for a ride at 4:20pm. That text was NEVER responded to. I then found my own ride to the dealership. When I asked where we were at on the oil change I was told it is next to be worked on. I am completely floored by how long this took to get a simple oil change. This experience reminds me why I won't purchase another vehicle from this dealership even though the purchase went extremely well.

Communication is horrible!!! This has been my biggest issue when getting my vehicle serviced. Text messages, voice mails, emails are not answered in a timely manner, or not at all. It's not just this time, it's been every time I have had my vehicle serviced in the past as well. It's very frustrating to not be able to get answers to my questions and concerns when I try contacting the service department. I've complained about this in the past and it seems like it's gone on deaf ears. I hope someone is listening and will do something about it!

After dropping off my vehicle the afternoon prior to my 7 a.m. appointment, I received a text at 8:20 that my vehicle had been “checked in” I received no further communication until I reached out to find out what the delay was with a simple oil change. I was told there was a computer issue and I was in line for service, this was after 12 p.m. my husband spoke with Judd and was told that in the morning all night drop envelopes are distributed among service people and we were not the first to be entered in. Not sure what difference that made because we had an appointment for first thing. Long story short, our appointment time was ignored and we received our vehicle back 24 hours after dropping it off for a 45 minute job.
