The terms of our repairs were not explained properly during scheduling or dropping the vehicle off. We understood there would be charges for additional work due to theft damage, but the ignition replacement would be covered by the anti theft recall. Additionally, the diagnostic fee we were charged was called a deposit initially, which was very confusing. It was never explained that I would be charged a fee for simply looking at the car. I feel like there were tons of miscommunication and misrepresentation during the appointment. Overall my family is very unhappy with our experience.

When I got my car and was driving away I noticed the engine reving without pressing the gas pedal- even up to 3000 RPM. I would have to put it in park to stop it. I brought it back and they guy took it to check it out, came back and said they’re not really doing anything when they change oil or rotate tires so he doesn’t know what it is. Just continue driving and call if it continues. I didn’t really feel safe driving away. My car is still idling at 1000 RPM where it normally is at around 700. Something is still off. Nothing like this has ever happened before today’s service.

I was told the car service would be complete between 3-4pm. Car was done around 5:30. I understand the service team can get busy but an update on status of vehicle would have been helpful. I called and texted twice before I heard a response. Communication on timing would have helped immensely since we have a 30 minute drive to pick up the car.
