Appointment was made days prior for today to get an oil change. Time was set for 09:00 I arrived and turned vehicle over to advisor at 08:30, a half hour early. I received no updates or status until I went to find advisor at 11:00. I was informed by advisor that techs were behind and they would be about 30 minutes longer. I didn’t receive notice until 12:00 that my vehicle was completed and ready to pickup. It’s very difficult to explain my disappointment for being given no communication and waiting over 3.5 hours for an oil change. Then to receive notice until even a simple courtesy apology for the time I lost waiting while having an appointment. I will not be returning to Bell Toyota service in the future. The warranty is no longer active so I’ll be using a competitor with a better reputation for customer service from now on. Shawn O

I think Cody did a pretty good job given the situation but the service department is not set up for successful customer service. Cody’s boss was unresponsive and dismissive. The techs looked for any reason to blame the customer and dismiss my concerns. The service write up was incorrect and did not reflect the problem as I described it. Honestly, while I had a few issues with how Cody presented things to me as a customer, the overarching issues with the leadership and the department itself are out of his hands. Just overall a really unpleasant experience (and I’ve been to a number of dealerships associated with different manufacturers and never been treated like this).

Please i would appreciate if they would communicate better about the services and what service was done or not, I know mistakes happens but there is no follow up right away with customers. I went in for my oil change and tire rotation, tire rotation was not done and i was still charged for it, nobody has gotten back to me about my refund, also they did not reset my oil percentage in my car and i have no new sticker of when my next oil change is due.

I was able to fix the problem myself with a USB stick and 10 minutes after your "service" department told me it was going to cost me $3000 to replace my entire stereo. Scam artists.

I asked several questions after service was done. None of them were answered. I dont belive they pulled a full diagnostic. They drove it aroundcand checked the temp. Never putting gauges on the truck. Waste of money.

I was quoted 2-3 hours for the service. It would cut it close to the closing time. I attempted to reach out to the service advisor, the department, and the dealership in general prior to getting a ride down there. About 15 minutes until closing time, I was informed that my last oil change (also done at this dealership) stripped the drain plug so the advisor had to go buy one. This delayed the service further. The kicker is my coupon I got in my email wasn't eligible so I paid $83 for an oil change instead of about $50. Very poor service, and this isn't the first time. I bought my car from this dealership and my 4Runner from a different one. I've never had any issues at the other dealership so I will be taking both vehicles there from now on. Even with Bell Road Toyota being 2 miles away from me, I will travel out of my way to the other.
