Everything was fine except after picking up the vehicle, the LCD display started to malfunction. It turned on and off, on and off all the way home. Could a connection been disrupted during service? Awfully coincidental.I will call in AM to discuss if problem persists after restarting the car.

Waited over half hour to get checked in. Eduardo was not pleasant to deal with. His trainee parked another vehicle close to mine and opened the door into my vehicle when exiting it.Took over 3 hours to service vehicle and had to ask Trey if vehicle was done since Eduardo never informed me service was completed. Much better experience previously at Camelback Toyota. Scuff still present in bumper from door being opened in it!

I had an appointment at 915. I was able to leave after 12 with no resolution aside from plug it in directly. Currently I dont have the option for android auto. I did before. 3 hrs plus, no fix or compensation of some kind. It's a new 2025 rav4 hybrid I cant fully utilize..

Never again over charged customers crying in the waiting room and it took 4 hours for an oil change. Went in for a simple oil change that cost 85 asked to have an issue checked with a wheel alignment was charged 300 total for both and was told a lump in the tire causing the issue where I know a diagnostic would not catch the problem but was told it was the problem as the mechanic was sure but was charged for a diagnostic test when a mechanic determined the issue

I found Cody to be an excellent service provider. I was in for a recommended service appointment and was also wanting my car made road ready for an upcoming road trip. I was impressed that he checked my car service history to see what had been done and when, and also what he recommended for both needed services and the items to meet the roadtrip ready requirements. I found Cody to be very pleasant and knowledgeable in our dealings and I appreciated him updating me throughout my visit.

Unacceptable!!!!Please have someone contact me regarding this ridiculous process. I've purchased several new vehicles from this dealership and nobody will contact me to resolve the issues with this repair. So frustrated, I even sent an email to the GM because the service manager has failed to call me back, Todd!!!! Come on guy's, this is Unacceptable customer service!!!

I was there at 10 a.m. and got signed in. Evanlee Husband told me it would be a couple of hours till the car would be ready. 12:30 came the car was not ready. 2:30 p.m. came the car was still not ready. Come to find out the car was never put on the list. I finally got my car back at 4:00p.m. Then I was sent a bill for what was supposed to be a complimentery service. The paper I signed said $0.00 due.
