Today, September 15, 2025 I picked up my 2020 Toyota forerunner it was in because of a check engine light for misfire cylinder number six was the only code (p0306). I received the link for what’s wrong with my vehicle, long story short I was told I needed a new motor. It’s too worn out to even do a head gasket. Quote-$14399.03 . I picked up the truck today popped the hood looked at cylinder number six injector and the wires look as if they were chewed by a rat. Also noticed that cylinder numbers four and two were unplugged at the coil ( cylinder number 4 and cylinder number 2 we’re connected when I drop the vehicle off). I proceeded to remove the pins from the plug and fix the chewed wires by by re-soldering and reinstalling pins into casing. I plugged it back into the injector. Cleared the codes with my 1990s Matco scanner that was in the passenger seat with you guys, started the vehicle. Boom no check engine light no code whatsoever vehicle runs fine. I’m not pleased with the professionalism or mechanical capabilities of your technicians. This is sad because Toyota is a great brand and I love my four Runner and was hoping that I was going to be able to count on you guys.

Diego was amazing in getting the roof rack that was supposed to be included when I bought my 4Runner. Unfortunately I think Toyota took four months to get me one hoping I would forget. I had to constantly hound them on an update, something being blatantly ignored. It’s kind of ridiculous they forget about you after you sign the paperwork to buy your car.

The Bank fell through! I Was misrepresented by the dealership to the bank! When I went to Bell Road Toyota, the first phrase out of my mouth to the salesperson, "I'm here to buy a car for Ride Share driving" and yet, the bank withdrew from the deal, when they realized I was earning from Ridesharing!
Whatever happened between Bell Road Toyota, and the Finance company getting my loan paperwork, I will never know the truth! If they represented me initially with the truth, maybe a deal wasn't ever possible! If they knew the finance co wasn't eager to sign Ride Share drivers, they should never have paired me with that company!
Is it possible they did so intentionally? Likely! It's called Yo Yo Scamming! The dealer makes an offer too good to be true but attempts to close the deal, and the driver thinks he's got a new car, and drives away, only for the bank to say NO, and the dealer finds another company who wants more money, or the dealer wants there car back.... THAT's exactly what happened!
I loved that Equinnox! I never had a chance to prove I could make it... now i'm back in a rental car, and I don't know who to trust with any dealers....
OH.... and still waiting for BELL ROAD TOYOTA to refund my collateral! AZ Law states if a finance org backs out of the deal for a car, any collateral given up needs to be promptly returned!! I'm still waiting!!
