3 hour wait with zero updates. I’ve had 3 Corollas serviced at the dealerships since 2018 and this was, by far, the worst experience ever. I demanded that this pre-paid service be considered “Not Used”. My first experience at Bell Road Toyota was excellent, but this was worse than LHM Toyota.

Went in for tire replacement due to punctured tire. Was told I have to wait for about 1.5 hour to know if you have the right tire in stock. 2.5 hour later, after two follow-up, and being told by my service rep he couldn’t check the system and find out if tire is in stock, I’ve had enough, I called Parts myself, and found out within 5 min you guys don’t have the tire. Your operating procedure is incompetent and flawed. I regret choosing this Toyota service center. You wasted my time. I left your service center with the same punctured tire, and frustration.
