The report on the 9th from your tech reported my brakes, specifically the rears to be in excellent health
I went on a road trip this weekend getting back today and I hear grinding as I’m coming to a stop, my rear pads started metal on metal, scoring my rotors, to say I am upset that I went from hey I have great brakes to ruining my powerstop rotors is an understatement, this coupled with the fact that I still get a rotten egg smell from my catalytic converter when accelerating (and your techs also said that wasn’t an issue when I had it looked at last year, mind you he never test drove it based on gps data) I’m really fed up with your dealer ship

Your service advisor Diego is always very helpful. I was not satisfied with the four hours that I waited for an oil change! I noticed many people walking around with clipboards ( an old trick so you can look busy) you should fire them and hire more mechanics! I have been a customer of Bell Road Toyota for more than ten years. I bought three vehicles from them and I have referred several friends to Cora and Bell Road Toyota. It’s obvious that you have new owners and your personal are indifferent to your customers and the service they provided. Fortunately for me I won’t have to put up with this anymore. I’ll just find another Toyota dealer.

Also I have made several referrals to Cora and Bell Road Toyota. I have seen a decline in service and attitude towards your customers since I am sure you are under new ownership.
