Thank you for this space for me to provide detail about my first experience obtaining my “free” services.
I like Bell Road Toyota. I purchased 2 cars from Bell Road. Recent purchase was completed with Will Hill and Ali.
I met Ed Parra who has a nice personality. I might be wrong but I think he is a fairly new service advisor…might need a little time to embrace what seems to be high customer service requirements.
With recent purchase of Toyota, I received several free services.
Here’s the thing: I drive 30+ miles for that service. I didn’t mind the long wait but was disappointed to see 2 lights illuminated on the dash when departing but I could not return at that time for resolution.
I called Ed Parra to inquire and sent a text. Ed told me he would call when he had time…I chose to remain on the line and Ed helped me by providing number I could send message and photo to…I had sent it to his land line…that’s on me. I launched message Friday…it’s Monday midday now and I have not heard from Ex. Now I notice 1 light is no longer illuminated and I have figured out on my own, 3 out of 4 tires need further I flatio and I will have Discount Tire help me.
I ask now…May I transfer the remaining “free” services to another Toyota dealer closer to me as it would be more efficient for me.
I look forward to learning more.

I called to ask for an oil change because I paid for the lifetime oil changes. I got there and was told it would take 3-4 hours even though I was there at 7 am. I did get offered a ride back and forth. However, when I went to pick up they tried to charge me. Someone else was helping since Andy was on lunch. I told the guy that I had lifetime oil changes and he apologized and fixed it. He said however the other services were not free. I explained that I only asked for oil changes nothing else. He called Andy and he had to take my car back to get the tires back to the original tire rotation because I had just bought 2 tires and purposely put the better tires on the back. It took another 30 minutes to wait on my car. Next time I will not purchase the life time oil changes so I can go somewhere else and be in and out under an hour.

Simple appointment set up. Dropped off my vehicle using the early drop and got my vehicle back the next day. Service advisor kept me informed and all was good upon my return. Only request would be to make the drop box either a little secure or empty the box nightly. To keep keys more secure.
