Service that should have been completed and paid for by my platinum extended warranty was not done. Service advisors should have this information in front of them. This is not for me to have to let them know I have a warranty on my vehicle. Seems to me like if you’re not making money you all don’t want to deal with it. Very disappointed

Poor service. The engine oil spilled on the engine and the plastic lid at the bottom of my RAV4 was not fastened well.
Why do you guys run promotions if you have create detractors because someone didn’t do their job well?
