I trust Billy so much, he reminded me of something we were going to take care of this time during the visit. I also told him about a noise we heard and everything was completed thoroughly and in a timely manner and that noise, gone! My Wife drove the 4Runner today and she had tears in her eyes because that noise really concerned her and it's no longer there and the vehicle feels new all together. This is why I stay with Billy, he and his Mechanics are the Best! Great member of Bell Road Toyota!!

TJ was friendly and helpful, but the overall experience was frustrating. 12:15 appointment for a routine service took nearly 5 hours, so I missed my daughter's 4:20pm parent teacher conference and arrived at the school at 5:35pm for pickup past the latest 5:30pm pickup time so now I have to pay the $50 late pickup fee. 5 hours isn't a problem if I know in advance, but learning 3 hours in that the work hasn't started yet and then missing my personal time commitments as a result did not make me happy.

4 hours for an oil change when I reserved a time slot and didn't just come in off the street. Couple that with the lack of communication throuought the process and I really felt mistreated. I had to seek out a representative for a status on my vehicle only for them to ask me a series of questions that should have been asked at the biggining 3 hours orior. " hi, would you like an air filter replacement", or " looks like you need new windshield wipers". Im asked these questions 3 hours into my oil chamge,as if some air head is in the garage waiting for some direction. No text, no ealk up, nothing. I have to be the one to checking, which really sends me up the wall. Not cool, not cool at all.

Came in for service and the mechanics messed up my radio/LCD unit. Couldn't fix it and wouldn't take responsibility. Instead said it was a hardware failure and needed to be replaced at a cost of about $4500. But a toyota associate, Xavier, happened to see me as I was waiting to be checked out and saw the problem and fixed it within 5 seconds. Just needed a password reset. Toyota would not admit they made mistake. I've escalated it to management.

Came in looking for Rick as I've dealt with him previously for my highlander but he was off the day I brought my car in and Billy offered to help me out. He was amazing and a really personable and great guy. He did everything I asked him to do and saw some routine stuff that needed doing and took care of that as well. I work nights so it gets complicated bringing my car in and picking it up and Billy made sure it got taken care of despite not having an appointment and had it ready to go first thing the next morning as I'd asked for. Amazing service manager (I think that's his title?) and I'm going to be dealing with him going forward. Rick is great and never let me down but I really liked working with Billy a lot.
