I waited five hours for a yellow service appointment that I scheduled a week in advance. I had to track down my service advisor to check if everything was alright after the first four hours. I paid full price despite the inconvenience. I will not return for future service.

It should not take 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change & inspection! I loved the price of $9.95 but the savings was probably not worth that much of my time. I appreciated the fact that they did not try to up sell me and gave me a copy of the inspection. I will consider using Bell Toyota again but my time is valuable, too.

Evanlee was very efficient and considerate, but I had to wait 25 minutes before I could speak to him about my scheduled oil change. If I was a walk-in customer, that might be acceptable, but not for a scheduled appointment.

I’ve had my car serviced here for years and typically don’t have issues. This was the first time it took almost four hours first thing in the morning. I definitely understand it being busy and that is absolutely okay. My only complaint is that my car was done for two hours prior to pulling it up. Outside of that, I want to extend thanks to one specific person, I unfortunately did not catch his name, but he worked out in the service bay checking in card. He was an older gentleman with an accent who was unbelievably kind and held my door open for me getting in the car. He made my day and was friendly to everyone I saw and heard him interact with.

I arrived before my 7:00 oil change appointment time so I could be sure to get my car into the shop asap. I had a busy day and needed expedited service. Eduardo showed up to work late and by the time he got around to checking my car in, 3-4 cars that came in after me were taken to the shop ahead of mine. I tried to get someone else to help but I was told to wait for Eduardo. 2.5 hours later my car finally came out. I’m not feeling the Toyota love and will likely go somewhere else! Terrible service ????
