I was sending my wife to bring our car in and took the time to call the day before to make sure my priorities were understood. When she arrived, Eduardo decided to ask her what she was bringing the car in for rather than read the notes which frustrated her and me! One of the issues is our sunglasses tray which has a broken hinge or something. The solution we were given is to replace the ceiling console at a ridiculous cost of $800. When I questioned him on it he then suggested I try and get the tray on Amazon for $25. What if my wife hadn’t asked me to step in. We may have paid for something we didn’t need! I expect more from Toyota.

A simple oil change should not take over 4. I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup and it was still over another hour before it actually was. The tech that did my oil change, did not tighten the oil filter other and the oil came back out. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at Bell Rd Toyota and I do not think I will ever visit again. It took longer to get an oil change than it did when I bought the vehicle, unacceptable!!

will never step foot in this dealership again! I made an appt for an oil change at 8:30 am. I get there and they said 3 hours. 2 hours and 20 minutes later I got a call that it would be at least 1 more hour before they took it back. This is insane. I left at the point of the call.
