The wait time for an oil change and tire rotation took over 3 hours. That’s way too long! If you give your technicians a 3 hour window, they’re going to milk the job!! Whenever I took my vehicle in for the same service in Syracuse….45 minutes! The same service at Larry Miller….within 2 hours which is still too long!! If I had known it was only an oil change and rotation, I would’ve gone back to Larry Miller. I do have an addition service that needs to be diagnosed apparently and I can’t imagine how long that will be.

The service advisor checked my car in at 9:15. It was a simple oil change, he told me at the most it would be 2 hours. By 11:15 I got a text message from the dealership saying that I have missed my appointment.
I went over and spoke to three different people in the service area one of which spoke to the service manager telling them that I was concerned about how long my car was taking and that I had received the text message saying my appointment had been missed.
All three people assured me including the service manager that my car was being worked on and my service advisor would get back to me. When I was able to track down the service advisor three times he told me my car would be done in just a couple of minutes and he would have it brought up. After waiting another 20 minutes I inquired again and he told me the car was done he was just waiting on the paperwork.
After another 5 minutes of waiting I went in again and he told me that he was sorry that he never checked my car in to begin with and it was just sitting back there and never had the work done. So I had to wait an additional hour for him to get the oil change done.
The service was horrible. The fact that the service advisor lied to me three times telling me my car was done when it hadn't even been started yet was insulting. Your service manager she also lied by telling the valet who came to tell me as I saw her telling the valet in her office that the car was being worked on and would be done soon, she lied.
So if I have one thing to say about your Bell Road Toyota service department is that integrity and honesty are not things they're very good at.
I will leave reviews on Google and I we'll go out of my way to tell anyone and everyone to avoid your dealership like the plague. I was planning to purchase a new Land Cruiser in 2026, I will not be coming to your dealership for that business. Nor will I be coming to your dealership for any service issues either.

The technicians were great! I was a little bummed that my car was not like vacuumed out our windows washed any other time. I’ve had a brand new car and taking it to the dealer for oil changes and such they’ve like done a little bit of cleanup on your car so I was a little disappointed that that didn’t happen. And then the other thing was I had an appointment at 3:30 and was told it was gonna take at least two hours. I get that if I was just popping in, but people make appointments for a reason so to have to wait two hours when I made an appointment was a little disappointing

Appreciate Trey’s approachability, professionalism and knowledge. Disappointed in not being greeted for nearly 10 minutes. I had to find someone to initiate my service request. While speakers to Billie attempting to find my service advisor, it felt his viewing a YouTube video was more of a priority then serving the customer. The spirit of service was not demonstrated or felt as a customer.

Sent my car in to get the seat belt fixed that the dealership broke the first time i had my car sent in, had to pay 200$ for labor hours that wouldn’t have been needed if they didn’t break it in the first place. Seat belt still doesn’t work it’s more broken than before. When I asked about why I had to pay for that Tim barely acknowledged me. And they left black grease hand prints all over my roof which is white.
