Bell Road Toyota Auto Repair Service

Would appreciate hearing from someone to explain my rating on this service visit. I have been a service customer since 2021 and this visit was damaging to my trust in Bell Road Toyota. Thank you. Kris Richardson

If you could like multiply Evanlee and have a staff full of this man, you would have even better reviews than you already have. He has been exceptional, he answered my questions as they came and as soon as they came, talking to him has left me more informed and confident and he was so on top of everything with my car and kept it real every step of the way. Talking to him has made me want to buy or finance my next car from you guys because if there are more people that work there like him, I have full trust and faith I'll be alright

3 hours for an oil change with an appointment is too long.

This guy was super rude and wouldn’t let me tell him what I wanted looked at on my car. Refused my coupons then after the multi point inspection he clearly had no car knowledge and couldn’t explain my needed repairs to me. I intended to leave my car to have these repairs done but when he called me to explain it all, my car was already in the front with the keys in it so I just felt like my business wasn’t wanted and he wanted me out of his hair.

Took over 5 hours for a scheduled routine maintenance for oil change ane tire rotation.

The service advisor I work with as much better than the last one I had worked with on my previous experience at Bell road Toyota

I dropped my car off for a 1pm appointment, and was told that it would be 2.5 to three hours. I had intended to wait. I was offered an Uber, so I went home. I had not heard anything by 3:50 pm, I called for an update and was told that they would send a message to the service department to call me. I called again at 5 pm and again was told that they would send a message to service. About 6:10 I received a call from Evanlee saying my car was done. I was headed to my 7pm meeting and said I would call in the morning for an Uber after 8. He gave me his number to call. I called a about 8:10 an every 10 minutes after left a message and about 8:4o I was hung up on. I call the number on the website and was put through to service, I told the woman that I had a 10 o'clock meeting she put me through to another woman and within about 5 minutes I had an Uber appointment. When I got to the service in and out line my car was not pulledd up. I found Tim that had been my service advisor before and told him what was going on. He said . Let's find your car and get you going. We went to another office. They had my keys and paper work and had someone go find the car. My oil change had been comped. Good recovery from the woman who orded the Uber immediately. I'm guessing she comped the oil change. Tim is now in my phone and I will only be calling him unless you let me know the number of the woman who is the fixer, and her name. As for Evanlee not so much... I worked at an airline during college communication is all of customer service

Eduardo was not available when I was trying to pickup my vehicle. The Multi-point inspection paperwork had 3 different cost totals for services and none of the prices matched the final price paid for the service.
