Everything went smoothly. I had planned a 10:00 time to get my brake pads fixed. They took good of my car and Alan made sure that I had a ride home and then back to Bell Toyota to pick up my car if I had anything negative to say it was just that I went in for brake pads on the back of my car. Got there at 10 o’clock in the morning and really didn’t get my car until 4:30 in the afternoon so it took a lot longer than I thought but I’m I’m grateful the good job.

We brought in our 2014 corolla for an airbag recall. When I dropped the car off we went over a few other things like the tpms sensor and how one of the back seatbelts wasn't latching properly. Evanlee had explained that there would be a minimum charge of 185 if we decided to fix anything othe than the recall issue. So we received the long list of what was thought to be needed to fix the car, nothing in the quote talked about the seatbelt issue as something that needed to be worked on. I returned Evanlees call,there was no answer so I left a message saying we didn't want to do anything other than the recall issue. Never received a call back after that. Then when the car was done with the recall work he had explained that they fixed the seatbelt by clearing debris that was in the latch. He explained that it would be a 100$ charge that the technician had to remove the back seat to gain access to take the seatbelt apart. The part I found strange was both my children's carpets were in the back seat, and they were still strapped in just as I left them. So I do believe that Evanlee was lying on the work that needed to be done and we were charged 100$ when we had never agreed upon doing that in the first place. When I questioned him about theses things he was very rude. I paid the 100$ even though I didn't quite agree with the charge. To be charged 100$ to clear debris out of a latch is quite steep. We will be continuing our business with another Toyota dealership in the future.

I had an appointment for 10:15am and my car didn’t get done until 3:06pm. I was waiting there for it and they knew but didn’t bother to let me know that the garage was busy until i went to ask about my car at 1:03pm after waiting for so long. I’m an understanding person so had they let me know I would’ve understood but because I had to hunt someone down i’m very dissatisfied.
