I trust Billy like a Brother, he knows I love my Tacoma 110%, he also knows I've taken care of it since I bought it brand new. The expectation is there and Billy Always comes through with 110% and above expectations!! During inspection they found the central bearing was breaking apart, battery failed, this is why I trust him like a Brother and trust his Technicians the same. I'm so Thankful for Billy and will continue to bring both my Tacoma and my Wife's 4Runner to him!

Anthony was wonderful. He was very thorough and explained details in “layman’s” terms that were understandable.
I just wish that something could be changed or implemented to reduce the wait time. Maybe some “brain-storming” could come up with some creative ideas.

I always service my vehicles at the dealership! I had an oil change coupon that came from bell road Toyota for $39.95. And my bill comes out to over $77.00 with tax so almost double what the coupon says!! Also, i just a got receipt and not a multi point inspection of my vehicle like you used to! I know other Toyota dealerships do that!! Also what’s the point of making an appointment when there were all ready 6 vehicles in front of me waiting to get an oil change! It took almost two hours until I got my vehicle back!

Evanlee husband was 5 stars. Terrific customer service
The long wait , not Evanlee’s fault, was ridiculous. Took way too long for a basic oil change. And $35 for an exterior car wash was also ridiculous. For $35 they could have at least vacuumed the interior.

Diego did a fine job for us. He was obviously very busy, but he gave us his complete attention when he checked us in. We were getting a 35,000 mile service. He was careful to know the items that I did not want completed. During the course of the inspection, Diego called me and suggested several items that were recommended due to the mileage,. He also explain, explained fully why those items were needed.
