I made an appointment to get my oil changed for 2 PM. When I got there. They instructed me it was going be a 2 1/2 hour wait and asked me if I wanted to leave the vehicle or wait for it. I told the person that's why I thought I made an appointment. I ended up waiting because it was 25 minute drive to and from my house. I was very disappointed that even though I made an appointment and rushed to get down there, I still had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. I think you need a better system. It shouldn't take nearly a whole day to get an oil change.

Good expe t ience overall..one mention. The service team performed a recall update for the rear camera but left wires hanging below the dash just to the left of the brake. I noticed it and tucked the wires awayy.

Advisor, Called to tell me my alternator would cost right at $1800.00 in his second breath he is telling me about more repairs & cost, after telling me $1800. Ridiculous…..Instead of tell me later when I picked up the car. I called and left him two messages, he never returned my call. I drove over the next day after I left second call. It was the worse experience I’ve had at Toyota. Pricing is outrageous….charged like 4 hrs labor, on 3 different Goggles they say the most it's 2 hrs at most for an experienced mechanic…..so sad.

Alan was very courteous and efficient in the sign in process. I have been a Lithia customer for 49 years. Your customer service lounge exceeds the accommodations provided by the airlines. Extremely comfortable and the coffee bar was quite impressive. The cleanliness was very appreciated. In the future, a 2 hour wait for my 6,500 mile oil change will require me to preschedule in the very earliest time slots to make best use of my time.
