When I am dropping my truck off for an engine replacement I would have like to have seen you be more prepared and take this more seriously. The service advisor was talking about some fuel leak that was leaking on the exhaust, found no where in the recalls. I had asked to confirm I would have a rental. There was no rental and a complete waste of a day off of work. My truck will be taken to another facility to get the work done.

Unfortunately, 1 hr after my appt time, the work on my car hadn’t started. Diego offered to have a service team member take me home and pick me up once my car was done, but that didn’t work for my schedule today. So I’ll just have to reschedule another day.
